Well done to some of our boys and girls P6&7 footballers today, who took part in the first blitz of the school year in Eire Og GAC. Huge congratulations to both boys teams as they won all their games in their groups. They now progress to the all county finals in November, where they will face Armagh CBS and Crossmaglen. It was heartbreak for our girls, who lost out on the narrowest of margins, as their group finished level. Three sides could not be separated, so it took scoring difference to find the top two teams. Unfortunately the girls missed out. They were very unlucky and will have more days out to prove their worth this year. Well done to all those who took part.
