The boys and girls in Primary 3 had a very entertaining morning when local author Derek Keilty came to visit. Derek impressed us all with his magic tricks and some of us were lucky enough to be chosen as his magical assistants! We all enjoyed his character impressions and then finally he read a chapter from the 2nd book in his “Ivy Newt” series. We had worked hard thinking of interesting questions to ask Derek and he was very impressed with our listening and questioning skills.
