What a week for the Wow Wall! Four Wow Walls full of wonderful children. We have so many children who have been working hard in school this week and making their teachers proud. Lots of children have been earning certificates and trophies for their clubs in swimming, handball, Gaelic, dancing and more.
Our creative children have been sharing their talents in their drawings, dancing and performing on stage.
With Seachtain na Gaeilge in full swing our P6 girls represented the school at a blitz in Clann Éireann speaking as Gaeilge. Well done to the girls, who not only won every match but also picked up the award for best Irish speaking.
Today our P6/P7 boys attended the boys GAA indoor all county finals and won every match to be crowned champions. We are so proud of you boys!
Last Saturday our swimming team represented the school in the local gala, with one swimmer qualifying for the next round. Amazing work from each and every swimmer!
Last weekend we had two teams of six girls and six boys who played at the half time of the Armagh v Dublin match at the Athletic Grounds. Watch this space in years to come to see these young stars playing for their counties, with all of the Tannaghmore cheering them on!
