P4B were delighted to have participated in a virtual visit with one of their favourite, popular children’s authors, Jacqueline Wilson.
Jacqueline Wilson spoke to the children about her life and her works, including her latest novel, ‘The Primrose Railway Children’.
Following this, the children then had opportunity to ask the author some brilliant questions.
With many of the children aspiring to be authors like Jacqueline, she advised them to “read regularly…as great authors inspire great writers”. She continued that they should “write about what makes them happy, because the reader can sense this joy in their writing”. 📚✨
