We had lots of fun learning all kinds of new words associated with growing plants this week when we potted plants and flowers in soil in the tuft tray. We worked on our number skills by playing number games based on the story of Jack and the Beanstalk. We had more role play in the farm shop. We also worked on our writing skills by using word banks based on the story of Jack and the Beanstalk. We also really enjoyed a little bit of drama as we role played some of the characters from the story.
