School Notice for Parents 24-1-22

Dear parent/ guardian

As you are probably aware, we are dealing with a large number of COVID19 cases among our children and staff. Every year group is affected at varying levels. Our staffing levels have been diminished due to this spike and we are working hard to ensure that the appropriate number of staff are available in each year group. We have already moved Primary 2 to remote learning and we may have to make a similar move with other year groups depending on staff numbers. 

I am very aware that we have many children at home either due to a positive case or a close contact. At the minute, due to the numbers involved, it is not possible for school staff to provide an individual pack for every child. Children should continue to use the online learning platforms such as Mathletics, Accelerated Reader, Maths Seeds and MyON while they are at home.

Your patience and support is greatly appreciated as we hopefully get through this difficult week.
