This week P7A were investigating the effect of temperature on the body. Through this experiment they were trying to understand how the Titanic passengers would have felt in the icy waters of the Atlantic Ocean on that fateful night when the Titanic sank. They carried out a number of activities before then holding their hands in icy water before repeating the same activities. We discussed and noted changes in the body that occurred and differences between carrying out the activities.
