We had great fun on World Maths Day. We played a game where we added the two numbers on the dice and coloured the cupcake with the total on it. The player with the most cupcakes in their colour was the winner.
We also investigated ways of making 9 with fifteen counters sorted into groups of three. We realised that there were many different ways of making 9.
